TSC TDM-30
Rugged, palm-sized design
The TDM series has been tested for drops from 1.8 m without a protective case and 2.5 m with one, as well as MIL-STD-810G drop testing. The optional protective case also provides IP54 protection against dust and water.
Supports different media widths
The TDM-30 adjustable media holder and label retainer accept widths from 20 to 70 mm. The TDM series supports receipts, selected labels and linerless media. An easy-to-install spacer accommodates specific widths. A black-mark sensor is standard and a gap sensor optional on the TDM-30.
TPH Care self-diagnostics
TSC TPH Care checks printhead health in real time. Detecting defective dots throughout printing helps maintain consistent print quality, minimise media waste and improve cost efficiency.
Smart battery with TSC printer management
The TSC battery management system (BMS) makes it easy to check battery status, including:
- Battery charge level
- Usage and charging history
- Battery health report
- The user-friendly interface monitors battery capacity in real time, supporting a full shift without downtime.
Integrated software suite
TSC provides a software suite with practical tools for creating custom labels across platforms.
- Mobile configuration lets staff set up printers, check their status and troubleshoot anywhere and at any time.

Several connectivity options
The TDM series offers USB 2.0, Bluetooth 5.0 MFi and passive NFC, or USB 2.0, 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 and passive NFC. A Bluetooth device can be paired with one tap via NFC.
