TSC MB241 series
TSC’s most versatile compact light-duty industrial label printer
The MB241 series brings excellent value to four-inch light industrial label printing. The MB240 design complements larger TSC industrial series, including MH241 and MX241P. Its small footprint, straightforward controls and broad range of options suit almost any printing application.
Its compact, quiet design and fast label throughput suit home, office or production environments. An all-metal chassis and cast-aluminium printing mechanism withstand demanding conditions for years of dependable use.
Smart colour display version
The new MB241T has an easy-to-use, high-contrast 3.5-inch colour LCD touchscreen with six buttons. Common tasks, such as label calibration, take one touch. Customise the home screen with frequently used functions for faster operation.
Improved print quality
Faster processors and updated firmware deliver TSC’s best print quality in this series. Thermal Smart Control monitors and precisely calculates heating time for each dot, producing sharp, clean labels whether printing one label or thousands.
203 and 300 dpi for a wide range of uses
The MB241 series prints everything from healthcare patient-safety labels and electronics or jewellery tags to shipping and distribution labels, making it ideal for industrial printing.
Connectivity to suit your needs
Connect to a host via Ethernet, USB, USB host or RS-232 serial, with optional 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless or Bluetooth modules. Optional general-purpose I/O (GPIO) connects industrial equipment and label applicators.
Optional peel-off, present sensor and internal rewinder
Optional peeling, label presentation and internal rewinding separate each label as it leaves the printer and wait until it is removed before printing the next. Waste liner winds neatly onto the internal rewinder. Other options include cutters, peel-and-present functionality, GPIO and 802.11 a/b/g/n or Bluetooth wireless modules.
Powerful TSPL-EZD printer language
The MB241 series includes easy-to-set-up TSPL-EZD firmware with industry-standard emulations, including line mode and Datamax®, Eltron® and Zebra® languages. It works with Oracle, Unix, AS/400, Windows, standalone systems and more.
Built-in DiagTool configuration software helps replace existing printers quickly with a rugged MB240 series model. TSPL-EZ also provides a file manager and programming language for standalone and offline printing without a host computer, including continued printing during network outages.
