Inspection

LVS-95XX verifiers check all nine ISO/ANSI parameters for linear (1D) barcodes, detect blemishes and perform basic human-readable validation. The LVS-9510 also verifies 2D codes and reports all parameters under the relevant symbology specification.

Detailed analysis

Colour-coded analysis pinpoints defects in a barcode, while individual sections can be examined to determine a solution. Online help supports the analysis.

High-resolution inspection

A 5.0-megapixel camera reads and analyses the barcode at 0.002-inch (0.05 mm) increments along its height, exceeding the ISO minimum average of ten scans.

Multiple verification options
