ALpharma A labels vials and bottles, feeding them from tray to tray through a star-wheel mechanism. It handles up to 150 products/min. Luminescence sensors or a camera check that labels have been applied correctly. The system ejects rejected products and verifies that ejection has occurred.

ALpharma B prints and applies labels to shaped packages. It can apply barcode labels (tags and stickers) and folded tamper-evident corner labels at up to 200 products/min.

ALpharma C systems apply wraparound labels to cylindrical bottles on a conveyor, at up to 250 products/min. Labels are printed with hot foil or thermal transfer. Label inspection meets strict pharmaceutical standards.
